21-Day Fitness Challenge: Day 9


Today was leg day. I didn't take it too terrible hard because I tend to do that on leg day and then I'm literally sore for an entire week. And I promise you, I'm not exaggerating.

Here's what I did today.

10 minute stair stepper warmup

Machine leg press at 180 lbs: 12 reps x 3 sets

Machine hamstring curls 15 lbs each leg: 8 reps each leg x 3 sets

Weighted walking lunges at 30 lbs: 20 reps x 4 sets

Dumbbell front squat at 30 lbs: 12 reps x 3 sets

Single leg kettlebell deadlifts at 25 lbs: 8 reps each leg x 3 sets
