21-Day Fitness Challenge: Day 13

Saturday was my first day working out in the Ozarks. My options are sort of limited while I'm down here, which means I can get creative. Because my body — and especially my legs — had felt super tired the previous day, I thought yoga would be a great option.

My friend actually does yoga a lot more than I do, so I let her choose the guided video. We did it on her dock by the lake — which was nice, but also kind of hard at times because the dock sways and moves with the waves. We did the below video by Allie - The Journey Junkie, which we found on YouTube.

Since my body had been achy, we thought "Yoga for Healing" would be a good one, but this instructor has so many other greats ones to choose from!
