21-Day Fitness Challenge: Day 16

Tuesday was my last day in the Ozarks. Because it's about a five hour drive, I planned on leaving around 2:00 p.m. My friend and I woke up around 8:00, got ready, and were out the door by 9:00 — headed to Ha Ha Tonka State Park.

It was about a 30-minute drive from where we were, but it was worth it. There were so many beautiful lookout points and a lot of great trails.

My friend Jandy ... isn't she adorable!?
We weren't set out to walk a certain distance, we just went wherever the path lead us! We ended up only going 1.95 miles, but it was a fairly tough — and hot — 1.95 miles. At one point, we went down a trail that descended about 200 feet vertically using 316 steps. Let's just say going back up was tiring. And remember, we did a hill workout the day before, so our glutes were already a little sore from that!

Oh, and on top of great views and fun trails, this place had an old mansion, or "castle" if you will. It was built in the 1900s by a wealthy businessman from Kansas City. In 1942, most of it was destroyed by a fire. And now, only some of the stone exterior remains. It was actually pretty cool. If you're ever in the area, I'd definitely suggest checking out Ha Ha Tonka!

  2. Erectile dysfunction causes

A man with erectile dysfunction (ED) struggles to achieve or maintain an erection that is strong enough for sexual activity. ED can be brought on by physical conditions including heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity as well as psychological conditions like stress or anxiety.
Premature ejaculation, a condition when the stages of arousal, orgasm, and ejaculation take place very quickly, should not be confused with ED. Many men occasionally suffer erectile dysfunction, but if it occurs more frequently than 50% of the time, you have erectile dysfunction. Relationship issues and difficulties in enjoying life are two effects of ED. Thankfully, there are ED treatments available that can enhance your quality of life. Click here
