Spring Break Must-Haves

Spring Break Must-Haves

Hello, friends!

As you know, I've been super consumed with all things wedding. It's actually been a little more stressful than I thought it would be. But, we are making progress. Yay! Tad and I officially got tickets to go out to San Diego in late April to do some more planning, meet vendors, see venue locations and celebrate Tad's birthday (a little late since his birthday is in March, but I know he's stoked)! Planning a trip for April got me thinking about warmer weather (as if the snow here didn't do that already), which got me thinking about spring break! Last year, my family and I went to Cozumel (some fav photos above) and it was such a fun trip! Of course, I had to buy some new clothes before that trip. And you know I'm probably going to treat myself to something new before this upcoming San Diego trip, too.

So, in the spirit of spring break quickly approaching, I wanted to share some on-trend spring pieces I found online! A spring break trip isn't complete without a sun hat, cute suit, and some sunnies, am I right?

Shop away, my friends!

    1. Numerous things, such as sleep deprivation, circadian rhythm disorders, and narcolepsy, can make you feel sleepy. There are a number of things you can take to address the issue of excessive sleepiness. Make sure you are first getting enough sleep every night. Second, make an effort to follow a consistent bedtime and wakeup pattern. Third, stay away from alcohol and caffeine before bed. Fourth, stay active frequently. Fifth, refrain from using electronics right before bed. Sixth, if the severe tiredness continues, consult a doctor. We will discover how to handle excessive tiredness in this blog piece.
