21-Day Fitness Challenge: Day 20

21-Day Fitness Challenge: Day 20

After my run — even though it wasn't very long — I was sore! I needed to stretch my legs, so yoga was an easy decision. I'm not a regular yogie, but I've attended enough classes to know what I'm doing-ish. Like I usually do, I found a video on YouTube.

I chose to do Yoga for Weight Loss with Adriene. I usually always go to her page when looking for videos because they're easily labeled and she has so many different workouts that target different areas.

I usually look for videos under 45 minutes. I like yoga, but sessions longer than that can be a lot! But seriously, if you ever want to do yoga at home, I highly suggest Yoga with Adriene.
